The Builders

You will benefit from working with builders with decades of experience in the local market. They will insure a level of quality not available anywhere else. Hand-picked by the developers of The Preserve at Harveston, these builders offer diverse architectural styles and standard specifications adopted to ensure quality construction. Choose from Colby Constructors, Dupree Construction, Fetzer Properties of Louisiana or Distinctive Homes by Watson.

Tyler Watson, President

I have always strived to build “homes” for people (not just a house) and this drives every decision during the building process – whether it is a speculative home or a custom home.

In 2003, Tyler Watson formed Distinctive Homes by Watson, LLC and has gone on to construct over 150 custom and speculative new homes in both the Ascension and Baton Rouge markets. He is a board member of the Capital Region Builders Association, is active, in his community, at St. George Catholic Church and in the leadership of the Better Business Bureau. Distinctive Homes by Watson is proud to introduce The Maybrook model home, designed Design Perspective and interior design by Albert Nolan.
